International Day at T.I.S was a complete and utter success! For weeks on end, the girls of the Middle School practised and worked nonstop on wonderful performances to represent their given countries. For this year’s International Day mothers of Grade 4 to 8 were invited to enjoy the show. It meant that the event had to be perfect and according to my secret sources, the mothers were very impressed.

Dear Parents,

Thamer International School is and will continue to persist in keeping its technology-based services up to the highest level in order to aid our students to access vital information within each educational level that will nurture them as learners and eventually turn them into leaders. Therefore, T. I. S. would like to introduce to you the new Student Follow-Up System in order to aid you to access your child’s overall performance during each academic year.

 - Upper Primary School (G1to G3): school ends at 01:30 p.m.

1- Lower Primary School (Pre-K  to KG2): school ends at 12:00 p.m.

2- Upper Primary School (G1 to G3): school ends at 01:30 p.m.

3- Upper School (G4 to G12): school ends at 01:30 p.m.

Dear Parents,

Thamer International Schools are engaged in an ongoing and continuous improvement process, of which all parents are an integral part. Your constant feedback and response as parents is highly commendable.

This survey is an outstanding means or tool to systematically engage you in a two-way communication. Surveys provide schools leaders with a view into the thinking and perceptions of parents. Careful analysis of the results enriches understanding of areas of strength and effectiveness as well as those areas that possibly need improvement. The survey results will enable our school leaders to measure parents` attitudes and help target improvement strategies focused on student achievement as well as school and system effectiveness.

Thamer International School proudly announces the beginning of the T.I.S. Science and Engineering Fair.

Clearly, any school project assigned to a student should be useful. Surprising to some, a science fair project is one of the best learning experiences a student can undertake.

Bearing in mind the paramount importance of our students’ career and future prospects, we at T. I. S. would like to inform you about The Higher Education and Career Fair 2017 which will be held in Jeddah on October 27, 2017 at the Movenpick Hotel.

Leaders from universities across the world will help you explore opportunities, answer your questions, and help navigate the system.

You will be getting the required information from the delegates of top-of-range institutes; thus exploring a wide spectrum of career opportunities from international colleges and universities.

Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Vice Chairperson Lama Al-Sulaiman presented the awards to secondary school students who performed well in the exams in May and June 2010. Thamer International School (TIS) and Al-Wadi International School continued to maintain a world ranking thanks to their students’ performance in the CIE. TIS had 11 top students in the list of outstanding Cambridge learner awards.

The administration of Thamer International Schools wishes the students a successful academic year and would like to remind them of the regulations of the Government of Saudi Arabia as well as the directives of the Ministry of Education in wearing an (abaya) and a veil when entering and leaving the school campus. In case of violation, the administration is entitled to take an appropriate action.

It is our hope that every individual connected to T. I. S. Middle Schools implements these traits throughout the school year and beyond.

Consequently, the goal was attained with resultant outcome in the form of outstanding projects and events.
