An Incredible Feat
Thamer International School is delighted to announce their Contribution in editing CUSU (Cambridge University Students ‘Union) entitled THE GUIDE TO EXCELLENCE.
This book is published for the special 50th anniversary edition reflecting the positive inspirational educational perspective of our school in conjunction with our multi-cultural diversity. Thamer International School is one of the hundred pioneer schools around the world selected by Cambridge University to share their success and ongoing challenges.

Two students of Thamer International School (TIS) have achieved the highest score worldwide, “Top in the World”, in the Cambridge international examinations: Rowaa Ibrahim Ibrahim in the ICT A -level and Abdelrahman Al-Acer in Mathematics AS-level.
H.R.H.Prince Faisal Bin Thamer Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, the chairman of TIS, is very proud and honoured that the Achievements of the Kingdom’s Educational system have made it possible for students to compete worldwide and to score the highest ranks internationally.
Prince Faisal has also extended his gratitude and appreciation to those who have contributed to the great success of TIS-Jeddah including administrators, teachers and parents. This is not the first time that Thamer International School has achieved such high scores. Last academic year, five TIS students achieved distinguished ranks in the Kingdom and worldwide. – Saudi Gazette

The 2012 Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) AS/A Level and Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) conducted under the umbrella of British Council commenced on Monday, May 7, 2012.
Thamer International School has become the officially appointed centre by the British Council for boys appearing for the 2012 CIE exams. More than 600 boys from various international schools of Jeddah were hosted by T.I.S to appear for the exams.

Students achieved the TOP IN THE WORLD awards

It is with great pride that we announce to you today yet another Thamer International School achievement. T.I.S, the Community of Leaders and Learners, would like to congratulate you all, our partners in the educational journey.
We also extend our gratitude to our outstanding teachers, dedicated coordinators and all T.I.S staff members. Two T.I.S. Students have achieved the TOP IN THE WORLD award, one T.I.S. student TOP IN KSA award, three T.I.S students TOP IN JEDDAH award. Moreover, Thamer International School has scored the first, second and third places for getting the best three scores for A-level subjects as well second and third places for getting the best scores for four AS subjects as indicated in the table below received from the British Council.
