1- Obtain 7-8 Hours of Sleep: Getting enough reset is scientifically proven to improve focus as it repleneshises and recharges your body. You are a human being not a robot so without a proper sleeping schedule, all the effort of studying can go to no use.

2- Sort your Priorities: First things come first. So manage your time by placing the most urgent tasks first and giving more time to the hardest and most time-consuming tasks.

3- Avoid Distractions: Try to dodge the temptating distractives and procastinating by redempting all sources of distractions our of your study area. There are many apps that can help you achieve that by blocking certain websites or social media apps for a certain period of time. Remember: time shouldn't be taken for granted.

4- Take Breaks: The most effective way of study is for 30-40 minutes at a time then taking regular breaks for 10-15 minutes.

5- Work Smarter not Harder: Find the studying technique that suits you best and make your goals clear. It is also beneficial to study in short sessions because in this way, the synapses in your brain process information better.

*Don't take your physical or mental health for granted. Give yourself breaks to relax and a pat on the back when you do well. Find a way to relieve your stress and stay ambitious.
